Reconnecting people with nature

Renew-encourage-protect

What is Livingstone Nature?

Livingstone Homestead is a 20 acre site on the border-land between England and Scotland, four miles north-east of Longtown near Carlisle. We are working to inspire, equip and bring hope to individuals, community and to the land.

What do we do?

At its heart Livingstone Homestead is a place where people can come to experience the restorative power of rest and reflection. We are working to develop the land to promote wildlife and provide space for others to enjoy the nature here.

Come to our events

We would love to see you either as part of our regular volunteer Fridays or one of the events we run throughout the year. We welcome all abilities to come, no special skills are required, just your time and enthusiasm. It is a chance to work alongside others.
